Our Landscape Lifestyle Process was created to ensure that you are pleased with both your landscape project and the
step-by-step process of getting there.

Initial Appointment
Schedule an appointment to visit our office. We develop the concepts and budgets that suit your particular needs. Browse our Design area and choose the materials and components that will make your project a reflection of your own style.

Concept Plan Review
Return to our office in several weeks to review your customized concept plan and detailed price quote. Refine the details of your plan and enter a contract to proceed to the construction drawing phase.

Material and Plant Selections
Return to the office Design area to review your choices with our specialists and sign a construction contract.

HOA Submittal
We will prepare plans with everything needed to submit to your HOA for approval. Once we have approval we will obtain building permits and begin your project.

Construction Process
We’ll walk you through the whole project in a “kick-off” meeting at your home and give you a milestone schedule of how your project will unfold. Construction begins and your Project Manager will be there along the way to answer questions and keep you informed as construction proceeds.

Once your project is complete, we will come by for the next three months to mow, prune, fertilize, and check pool and spa chemistry so we can offer you the best warranty in the industry.
